Short and plain: this is what happens to the details you send us. Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company, website, the service and budget you pick, and your message. We also receive a Cloudflare Turnstile result that tells us you are not a bot.
Why we collect it
To reply to your request and, if you want to go ahead, to plan your project. We do not sell your details, share them for advertising or add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it
Your message is delivered to us by email through Resend. Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the Turnstile check. These providers act only as processors for us. Project deposits are paid on a Stripe-hosted page, so we never see or store your card details. Proposals and e-signature agreements are prepared and sent through PandaDoc, which receives your name, email and company to build your document.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer you and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. Turnstile may use short-lived technical storage to run its check.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Email aaron@thecorvis.com and we will respond promptly.
